Le Mer

Dubai’s new attractive destination was developed by MERAAS. We successfully executed the north beach of the La Mer Project, an integrated outdoor living environment that combines distinctive retail and leisure attractions. There are 80 buildings in total, each with a unique contemporary design.

The scope consists of glazed aluminium curtain walls, doors, and windows, decorative louvres, aluminium pergolas, decorative steel elements and screens, linear glazing screens, feature walls, and a suspended façade cladding system (cassette framing) with a large variety of finishes that changes from building to building between rust steel, corten steel, blackened steel, distressed steel, treated zinc, and aged copper in addition to timber and GRC infills.
